I am Kay Rose Golden, and this is my pseudonym, or pen name. I have found myself becoming an author and now a researcher of UFO and otherworldly extraterrestrial abduction experiences, by being thrown most unwillingly into this Greys’ Abyss.

Welcome to the most bizarre roller-coaster ride a person could ever experience! I have been a lifelong UFO experiencer and an extraterrestrial, otherworldly Grey-human abductee. I felt extremely compelled to present these true and unbelievable encounters in writing after they continued to occur multiple times.

My initial, shocking extraterrestrial Zeta Grey abduction took place in September 2017, from the bedroom of our new rental home in Diamond Bar, California. This otherworldly abduction completely blew my mind and made me question my very reality and my place in the universe. I didn’t know what to do or whom to talk to I felt like I was going mad. Several more abductions occurred even after we moved to Castle Rock in northeastern Colorado in January 2019, including a head-spinning abduction by four Zeta Grey half-biological beings from my basement office bed in March of that year. As the abductions continued at a frightening rate, I made the intelligent decision to seek help. I contacted world-renowned UFO journalist, researcher, and documentary filmmaker Linda Moulton Howe (her accolades are extremely impressive and extensive) to discuss these terrifying experiences. After many long discussions and after sending her my illustrations of what I had seen and experienced, she helped give me some resolve and strength, and encouraged me to make detailed notes about everything that was happening. With more occasional discussions with Linda Moulton Howe including updates about new abduction experiences my first book, Into the Greys’ Abyss, was published in October 2024. This was the original Into the Greys’ Abyss.

Inside this book are my genuine abduction accounts, with dates and times to the best of my knowledge, involving the short extraterrestrials known as the Zeta Greys, as well as a Tall Grey being whom I believe to be a progenitor Grey from the Orion constellation. I have come to know this Tall Grey otherworldly being as Rex.

I seem to receive telepathic messages while onboard Rex’s saucer craft, although they are more like very brief “thought-transference conversations.”

Whenever I am taken by these Zeta Greys and the Tall Grey, it is absolutely worldview-changing and mind-boggling. The situation is too complex to explain in one book, so I redrafted the original Into the Greys’ Abyss into two separate published volumes, with another redraft of Volume 2 coming out by Christmas. This is due to Amazon acting like the “book Gestapo” because the cover of Volume 2, The Abductions Continue, shows me (illustrated, somewhat blurred) lying nude on a table with the Mantis being and the Tall Grey in that awful room. I had both volumes of Into the Greys’ Abyss published in September 2025: Volume 1: Unbelievable If Not Experienced! and Volume 2: The Abductions Continue! (which was first accepted but later blocked because of the cover). I had even more frightening abduction experiences involving the Tall Grey aboard his craft, where he communicated through the headache-producing thought-transference, saying: (MORE) (BIGGER) (SHIPS) (COMING).

I have been asked why this Tall Grey has been in my life for so long and whether he is some kind of “linked being” to me. I can only answer that the Tall Grey, Rex, has always been there behind the scenes, watching me closely, and always knows where I am. I also believe these lifelong experiences began in 1967, when I was just a baby on my mother’s lap during a short fishing vacation trip to Branson, Missouri, with my father as the pilot. According to one of my oldest brothers, Steven who was on the plane with me, our parents, and our aunt and uncle the plane flew into a severe thunderstorm on the way back over northern Illinois. With fuel running low, our father attempted to land on a farmer’s airstrip. As he piloted the plane downward, it struck an object. Steven said the impact was extremely hard, pushing the plane to the right and forcing it downward. I now believe the object the plane hit was the Tall Grey being’s saucer craft. Steven said the impact caused devastating damage to the tail rudder, mangling it to the right side and rendering it practically non-existent. Once the plane landed in a grassy field, everyone climbed out safely.

While writing my original book, Into the Greys’ Abyss, I called Steven and asked whether anyone from the plane had experienced missing time, sickness, or strange events afterward. To my dismay, he said it was too long ago to recall anything specific, except how ugly the sky looked and how violent the thunderstorm was, with lightning and orange flashing lights he saw through the airplane window.

The two new volumes contain much more content that was left out of the original book due to length, with more in depth and bold writing. In the original book, my accounts reached into 2024. In the newly revised two volumes, the timeline extends both further forward and deeper into my strange past.

These real-life, bizarre, and extremely frightening encounters with the Zeta Greys with the central figure being the Tall Grey, Rex have been a roller coaster ride for me. Rex, who seems to be a mind-manipulating and menacing otherworldly being, is present (sometimes not physically, but through thought-transference) during every abduction. There is also a seven-foot-tall, dark-green-cloaked “Praying Mantis being,” whom I believe is the “great overseer” of all the terrifying examinations, testing, abuse, and experimentation, including their Grey human hybridization program which shocked me to my core.

By some strange happenstance or perhaps intentionally by the Tall Grey, who once told me during an abduction that “I am theirs” I now seem to have an uncanny ability to receive strange, cryptic “downloaded” messages in the early morning hours when I am not quite awake yet not fully asleep. I feel these messages are similar to CRV (controlled remote viewing), though I do not believe I am doing it on my own. A few of these messages have sparked deep fear within me for the future of humankind.

In addition to everything above, I have also experienced several frightening recurring dreams involving otherworldly craft from different species, including an enormous, mile-long, mile-wide dark-red square craft (from a dream in early February 2018). Another harrowing dream involved a rip opening in the sky over a Midwestern city, where a devastating extraterrestrial war unfolded overhead as citizens ran for their lives.

I have high hopes that these true, extraordinary, and frightening encounters described in these two volumes will help others with similar UFO or otherworldly experiences not only to show them that they are not crazy, but also to encourage them to come forward and share their stories. The truth is here with all of us. I deeply believe that each abductee of an interloping Grey being holds an important key regarding otherworldly contact on Earth.There are species making direct contact with humans on Earth who are not benign not here to help us, but manipulative and underhanded. “This is a situation, not a phenomenon!”
